Cleaning natural stone floors

 

We can clean any stone floor either natural stone or man made, which can include the build up of years of dirt through to old polyurethane seals, waxes & paint to builders and tilers cement  residues.

Repairing natural stone floors

 

We can remove scratches & etching from natural stone floors, using both honing & diamond polishing techniques. With the use of the appropriate coloured waxes or epoxy resins we can repair crakes & holes in natural stone floors. However, as a note of caution it is worth remembering repairs will not polish like stone & will remain relatively dull matching a honed rather than a polished finish.

Depending on the stone the extent of the lipage  found between the stone & the budget we can hone and polish your floor using diamond polishing pads and polishing powders.

Sealing & impregnating

 

After cleaning we can protect the surface of your floor with topical seals or impregnators depending on the stone & the required finish. By their very nature topical seals sit on top of the stone protecting it from above & you maintain the seal rather than the stone, where as impregnators sit in the pores of the stone, repealing dirt grease and water borne soils from within.

​Grout cleaning sealing & recolouring

We can clean the grout between your natural stone flooring bringing to back to life. However, if you are looking for a change of colour or want to both seal & recolour your grout we can do that also. Please see the range of recolouring and sealing colours available.
